Services
Six services that cover the arc from "we know something is wrong here" to a working system your team owns. Most engagements combine two or three.
Process discovery & automation roadmap
Before anything is built, we establish what is actually happening. Not the process in the SOP document — the one your team performs at 11pm on a month-end.
We shadow the work, interview the people doing it, follow the data between systems and put numbers against the effort. You end up with a clear-eyed view of where time and accuracy are being lost, and a sequenced plan that starts with the changes that pay for themselves fastest.
What you receive
- End-to-end process maps for the areas in scope
- An effort and error baseline — hours, touchpoints, rework
- A ranked opportunity list scored on impact, effort and risk
- Recommended tooling, with build-versus-buy reasoning
- A phased roadmap with indicative cost and timeline
Workflow & back-office automation
The core of the practice: taking a process that currently depends on people remembering to do things, and turning it into a system that simply does them.
We connect the systems you already run, automate the handoffs between them, and route only genuine exceptions to a human. Where an off-the-shelf tool fits, we configure it. Where it does not, we build something small, well documented and boring — in the best sense.
Processes we commonly rebuild
- Order-to-cash: capture, invoicing, collections follow-up
- Procure-to-pay: PO matching, vendor onboarding, approvals
- Employee onboarding, offboarding and access requests
- Daily and monthly reconciliations across systems
- Inventory, stock movement and wastage tracking
- Multi-step approval chains that currently live in email
AI solutioning
AI is genuinely useful for a specific class of problem: work that requires reading, judgement or drafting, at a volume humans find tedious. It is not useful as a slogan.
We scope AI to a defined job with a measurable success bar, design the human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and put guardrails around what the system is allowed to decide on its own. If a rule-based approach would be cheaper and more reliable, we will say so.
Where it earns its keep
- Document intelligence — invoices, POs, contracts, forms, KYC
- Customer conversations — drafted replies, triage, summarisation
- Classification and routing of tickets, leads and complaints
- Internal assistants that answer from your own documentation
- Demand, wastage and staffing forecasts from your history
- Quality checks on data your team currently eyeballs
Data & reporting automation
One version of the numbers, produced on a schedule, delivered where people already look — inbox, dashboard or WhatsApp group.
- Automated daily and monthly MIS
- Consolidation across tools and locations
- Live dashboards with defined metric logic
- Alerts when a number breaks its threshold
Customer & revenue operations
Stop losing enquiries to a busy inbox. We wire the path from first touch to closed deal so nothing waits on someone remembering.
- Lead capture, deduplication and routing
- Automated follow-up sequences
- CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting
- WhatsApp, email and support-desk journeys
Enablement & fractional leadership
Capability, not dependency. We train your team to operate and extend what has been built — or hold the automation agenda for you part-time.
- Hands-on training for process owners
- Runbooks, documentation and monitoring
- Automation governance and intake process
- Fractional automation lead, monthly retainer
Fixed price. Paid when it works.
Every project below is scoped and fixed-price before we start: zero upfront cost, one invoice, sent once the agreed deliverable is live and working. The fractional retainer is the one exception — it runs month to month with no lock-in, so you only keep paying for work you are still getting value from.
Automation audit
Typically 2–3 weeks
A focused diagnostic of one function or the whole business, ending in a costed roadmap you can act on with or without us.
- Zero upfront — paid once the roadmap is in your hands
- Best when you suspect waste but cannot point to it
Build sprint
Typically 4–8 weeks
One clearly defined process, taken from manual to live. Fixed scope, agreed success measures, working software at the end.
- Zero upfront — paid once it's live and working
- Best when you already know the process to fix
Transformation programme
Typically 3–6 months
A sequenced roadmap delivered function by function, with change management and adoption built into every phase.
- Fixed price per phase — paid on delivery, not on a calendar
- Best for multi-team or multi-location operations
Fractional automation lead
Monthly retainer
Ongoing senior capacity: prioritising the backlog, supervising delivery and keeping what is live actually running.
- Month to month — no lock-in, cancel any time
- Best when automation is continuous, not a project
Exact price, scope and success criteria are set out in a written agreement before any work begins — the summaries above describe our standard approach, not a binding quote.
We are deliberately tool-agnostic
We hold no reseller agreements and earn no licence commissions, so the recommendation is only ever about fit and total cost of ownership. In practice we work across these categories — usually starting with what you already own.
Integration & workflow
iPaaS and workflow platforms, low-code builders, open-source orchestrators, and custom services where the fit demands it.
AI & document processing
Large language models, OCR and document extraction, retrieval over your own knowledge base, and classical ML where it is the better answer.
Business systems
ERP, CRM, accounting, HRMS, POS, WMS, helpdesk and communication tools — connected rather than replaced, wherever possible.
Where we work
The method is industry-agnostic; the context is not. Deepest hands-on familiarity is in food & beverage, logistics and consumer businesses.
Food & beverage, QSR, cloud kitchens
Multi-outlet reporting, aggregator reconciliation, inventory and wastage, vendor payouts, staffing rotas, franchise compliance.
Logistics & supply chain
Trip and consignment tracking, POD collection, freight billing reconciliation, exception management, partner onboarding.
Retail & e-commerce
Marketplace order and returns reconciliation, catalogue operations, pricing updates, customer support triage.
Manufacturing
Production and quality logs, maintenance scheduling, procurement approvals, shop-floor to ERP data flow.
Financial & professional services
Client onboarding and KYC, document collection, compliance reporting, timesheet and billing automation.
Startups & growing SMEs
Building operational backbone before headcount — so scale does not simply mean more people doing manual work.
Not sure which of these you need?
That is what the discovery call is for. Describe the process that annoys you most and we will tell you honestly whether it is a roadmap, a sprint, or a twenty-minute fix you can do yourself.
