Information collected on this site

beyondmanual.in is a static website. It contains no contact form, no account system and no advertising trackers. We do not set cookies of our own, and we do not build a profile of visitors.

Two ordinary technical exceptions apply:

• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and reliability purposes.
• Web fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads. That request is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Information you send us

If you contact us by email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or by booking a call, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, contact details and a description of your business situation. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to deliver the engagement.

We do not sell, rent or share enquiry information with third parties for marketing. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any detailed discussion of your operations.

Client information during an engagement

Where an engagement requires access to your systems or data, that access is kept to the minimum needed for the work, is granted on accounts you control wherever possible, and is revoked at the end of the engagement. Where AI tooling forms part of a solution, we agree explicitly and in writing what categories of data may and may not be processed through it.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as it is commercially useful, and deleted on request. Engagement materials are retained per the terms of the individual contract.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what enquiry information we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to hello@beyondmanual.in and we will act on it promptly.
