Let's talk

The first conversation is free and genuinely useful. Bring one process that frustrates you — the daily report, the reconciliation, the approval chain that never moves — and you will leave with a straight answer on whether it is worth automating, roughly how, and a fixed price you'd only pay once it works.

The discovery call

What actually happens on the call

Thirty minutes, no slides, no obligation. It is a working conversation, not a sales meeting.

If it turns out that automation is not your answer — or that the fix is something you can do yourself in an afternoon — I will tell you that, and you will have lost half an hour rather than a budget.

  • You describe the friction. One process, in plain language. What happens, who touches it, how often it goes wrong.
  • I ask the awkward questions. Volumes, exceptions, systems involved, and who would actually own a change.
  • We size it together. A rough view of the effort, the likely approach and what it would return.
  • You get a written summary. Whatever we conclude — including a fixed price you'd only pay on delivery — in an email you can forward to your team.
Questions

Before you get in touch

What does "pay only on success" actually mean?

No upfront cost. Before any work starts, we agree the scope, a fixed price and what "working" means — in writing. You pay that price once, when the system is live and doing what we said it would. If it isn't live and working, you don't pay. The one exception is the fractional retainer, which runs month to month with no lock-in — you only keep paying for months you are still getting value from.

How small is too small?

If a process costs your team more than a few hours a week, it is usually worth a conversation. Some of the best returns come from unglamorous things — a daily report, a recurring reconciliation, a form that gets retyped into another system.

Do we need to buy new software?

Often not. A large share of engagements are about connecting and configuring tools you already pay for. When new tooling genuinely is needed, you will get the reasoning, the alternatives and the total cost before anything is committed — and we take no commission either way.

Is this only for large companies?

No. Small and mid-sized businesses often benefit fastest, because there is less internal machinery in the way and decisions can be made in a single conversation. Engagements are scoped to fit the size of the business.

What about our data and confidentiality?

Happy to sign an NDA before any detailed discussion. Access to systems is kept to the minimum needed, on your accounts wherever possible, and revoked at the end of the engagement. Where AI tooling is involved, we agree explicitly what data may and may not be sent to it.

Will you work with our existing IT team or vendor?

Yes, and it usually goes better that way. The aim is to leave your team more capable, not to become a permanent dependency. Handover, documentation and training are part of every engagement.

One process. Thirty minutes.

That is all it takes to find out whether there is something worth doing here.
